By engaging with Batch Systems, you agree to the following operational framework. We strive for transparency and excellence in every deployment.

Service Delivery & Statement of Work

Milestones, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each specific Statement of Work (SOW). We maintain high-end engineering standards but are not liable for delays caused by external third-party API failures, hosting outages, or client-side content delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon final settlement of invoices, all bespoke design assets, custom codebases, and production deliverables are transferred completely to the client. Batch Systems retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio and showcase.
